Meet Naomi

Work and wellbeing are inseparable. The way work is structured, its systems, expectations, and leadership practices, directly influences performance, engagement, and long-term organizational health. Likewise, individual capacity and clarity shape how effectively people lead and contribute.

I work with organizations and leaders to take a systems-based approach to wellbeing, aligning strategy, culture, and human capacity to support sustainable performance and organizational resilience.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience across the hospitality, construction, and energy sectors in Alaska, my career has spanned operational, managerial, and executive environments. This breadth gives me a practical understanding of the challenges faced at every level of an organization—from frontline realities to executive-level decision-making.

My work is informed by both professional training and lived leadership experience, including long-term sobriety and recovery from burnout. These experiences reinforce my core belief: individuals and organizations are adaptive systems capable of recovery, growth, and sustained high performance when conditions are well designed.

I hold certifications in Professional Coaching, Construction Health and Safety, and Total Worker Health® facilitation. I bring a disciplined, evidence-informed approach that integrates organizational systems, leadership behavior, and individual capacity.

I am committed to helping organizations build healthier, higher-performing cultures while equipping leaders with the clarity, tools, and perspective needed to navigate complexity, change, and sustained growth.
